Synopsis :
To commemmorate the International Holocaust day, Indian Pluralism Foundation in association with Alliance Française du Bengale, American Jewish Committee and Foundation for Ethnic Understanding presents <TORN FROM HOME>. With the aim of spreading peace and harmony, as well as to honour the Holocaust victims, it will be an evening of pledge to fight racism and end xenophobia.
Program :
– Screening of a documentary on Holocaust ‘Night & Fog
–Panel discussion by a group of eximious speakers, Revati Laul ( former NDTV journalist and author of ‘Anatomy of Hate’), Navras Afreedi ( Professor of Presidency University) and Owaiz Aslam ( Secretary of Indian Pluralism Foundation). Arjun Hardas ( American Jewish Committee, India Representative) will moderate the session.
