Médiathèque of Alliance Française du Bengale is now well equipped with professional tools and accessories e.g. Paprika software to digitally manage day to day book transaction records and cataloging process.

A number of books on various subjects such as literature, theatre, poetry, social sciences, tourism, arts, architecture, life style in France, have been added to the Media Library.

A whole new series of fiction & comic books are also added to the children's section recently.

More than 250 new CD/DVDs have been added to the audio-visual section.

Digital cataloging of books and other library ressourses are also introduced.

First of a kind "Café Littéraire" is organized every month once, biweekly.

Fresh new digital library cards are now being issued based on the unique identification system.
