In it: texts and visual works by 23 artists and scholars from India, France, Pakistan, Brazil, UK, Italy, Belgium, Mexico, Colombia, US, Tchad, Rumania and Canada. The purpose is concrete and simple, same as for the first issue: stimulating the thought, awakening desire for the arts.

Introduced by Mr. Damien Syed, Consul General of France in Kolkata, the evening will start at Oxford bookstore and conclude at Alliance Française du Bengale.

With Jean-Frédéric Chevallier (co-director of Trimukhi Platform and managing editor of the publication), Anjum Katyal (English editor of the publication), Soumya Sankar Bose (Kolkata based photographer whose work is published in the second issue) and, at Alliance Française du Bengale, a Jean-Frédéric Chevallier’s video art projection – Try Me Under Water – from which pictures have been taken for the publication and a reception supported by the General Consulate of France in Kolkata.
