Alliance française is proud to be associated for the 4th consecutive year with the Yuva Musical Festival. More than ever, the motto of AMEC “Music for All” is appropriate and justified ; it is dedicated to all kinds of learning music, and in four years it has succeeded in embracing all musical kinds: from Western classical music to Jazz, to Pop-music to the Hindustani tradition; it has succeeded in uniting all publics: from confirmed musicians to full beginners, from parents eager to hear the progress of their children to the trendiest music-lovers who came out of curiosity; it has managed to reach all classes of Society: from the very privileged pupils of private schools to those we forget because they are hidden from view: children with special needs.
This Festival is three months long, and includes concerts such as tonight’s , competitions, demonstrations and masterclasses.
Please support this initiative by coming tonight, by enjoying a musical evening “pas comme les autres” (not as the others…)
